R&D Team
The company has a dedicated R&D and technical department, with 17 R&D and technical engineers specializing in product development and process design.
Since 2019, the expenses for research and development amounted to over 5 million yuan every year.
Product design methods: All R&D and design personnel have adopted Solidworks and UG 3D dynamic modeling design for product design, achieving CAM integration of product design drawings, processes, and molds.
Product Standards
Product execution standards: Product design and specifications shall comply with the international standards of ASME B16.34, API, 598, and IEC60534 related control valves;
Simultaneously implementing national standards: GB/T17213; GB/T4213.
R&D CFD
Using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software to simulate the temperature, flow rate, pressure, sound power, noise, static torque, dynamic torque and other parameters of various types and specifications of valve trim under simulated operating conditions, and to modify design parameters to improve design accuracy and efficiency.
R&D FEA
Simplify the stress state of the valve by using finite element analysis (FEA) and calculation. By analyzing and calculating, it is possible to obtain the stress at any point on the valve, display the equivalent stress diagram of the entire valve, and also display the deformation status of the valve after being subjected to force, thus obtaining the maximum stress value and maximum deformation. At the same time, it can also achieve functions such as component life analysis, high-temperature creep resistance analysis, and structural motion simulation, guiding the rational design of the structure.
Cooperation between school and our company
We have signed a teaching base for industry, academia, and research with Zhejiang University of Technology, establishing a teaching base for the Excellent Engineer Training Program.
