On June 24th, our company successfully acquired the Fuzheng Gongchu [2024] No. 22 plot in Fuyang Economic Development Zone, and took the step one in the construction of a new high-end intelligent control valve production and research and development base with an annual output of 30000 sets in Lasen.
The plot is located in Qingjiangfan, Changkou New Area, Development Zone, with a land area of 15 acres (industrial land). The company will build a new high-end intelligent control valve production and research and development base project with an annual output of 30000 units on the plot, with a planned total construction area of 19000 square meters and an investment of 80 million yuan. The project is expected to achieve an annual output value of over 200 million yuan after its completion.
